Existing employees just got cheated out of their PROMISED raises and bonuses. Email was sent and the bonus/raise was deleted from the PA's. Is this even LEGAL?
Yeah same story here 7 years zero notice zero severance. Pathetic thing is my performance appraisal was recently completed with many areas exceeding expectations and zero areas needing improvement. At a time like this they could have said hey here is two weeks good luck.
Yes I was also laid off by dish. As of yesterday. Got a conference call from my fsm and my om stating that they where restructuring the company due to covid 19 and that when things went back to normal basically..told me my insurance was good until the end of April. They lock me out instantly, I couldn't even use my effin points!!!!
Dish is losing everything it's got. They made bad business decisions and now a lot of good people are paying the price. As a company you should be ashamed of the way you went about it. Dish s—s and will not be in business to see 5G.
Laid off this morning after. No notice - I received an email at 7:45am for a call at 11:30, during which I was let go. Phrases used were “we’re reorganizing,” “we have to work within the resources that we have,” “we will be ending your employment effective immediately.” No severance.
My husband was laid off after 20 years and was given no severance package. Unbelievable!
Same here and just got word my boss was let go to.
After 12 years, wow. Sorry, that s—s.
Was laid off this morning after 12 years. No notice.
I feel bad for all these people getting laid off and I may be one of them soon.
Well good luck to you. I just spoke to my OM and he said it is a nation wide layoff and is going to affect hundreds if not thousands eventually. He was speaking of the layoffs coming in waves. Offered me my job back when everthing "goes back to normal", I told him him I wont be coming back.
I too just got notified that I no longer have a job with dish.
Just got laid off, so is this the start of something? No notice, just a call that said the company is moving in a certain way and you no longer have a job effective immediately.
