Even at “cheaper” rate of 236k/yr they are making six to seven times more than the average phone employee. And the get to work from home. Lower coronavirus exposure.

I'm assuming this doesn't include what they make in shares.

Years of experience at what? With so many problems around Fidelity, the leadership does not offer any solutions. They don’t want to see or solve any problems. They talk about leadership but take no responsibility. Or they talk about mobility but people get laid off. Being paid over half a mil for no work or solutions is a lot of money. Ask that anyone answering the phones and getting yelled at. Y’all executives should be ashamed of what you are doing to your own employees answering phones and dealing with problems you created. Think about it in your next meeting that should have been an email.

Why should an executive make what a phone rep does? Not to say they all pull their worth in, however they have put time in and have years of experience.

Let’s not forget posts on social media explaining the benefits of remote work by our leaders.

As someone who sees what other companies pay executive level employees, this is standard.

Netflix? No way. With so many managers bringing in their kids to work easy jobs, it has to be Disney+.

I know some executive who works remotely and plays video games and watches Netflix all day.

When Fidelity executives get paid 15 times more than phones, on average, that tells you volumes about Fidelity.

That just says Fidelity is on par with other firms.

Compared to 40K and below in Westlake, it is quite a bit of money.
