DO NOT put SPARQ on your personal phone because that gives UHG access to your personal life! My email at work is VERY monitored. I’ve worked for this company too many years. I would never refer this company.

I would not put it on my phone. If I need to see work stuff I’ll get on my work computer. I work from home so there is no reason I need it, plus I don’t trust the company anyways. Why take the chance they could monitor if they could?
How? The app gives you access to your Outlook meetings and to general information on The Hub. There’s a directory where you can lookup other coworkers but that’s about it.
As I said before don’t install Sparq because it’s stupid not because you’re afraid of it.

No don’t put Sparq on your phone because it’s useless if you are in production NOT because you’re afraid it has some backdoor access to your phone. It doesn’t. An app on your phone has access to the areas of your phone that you allow it. If you’re curious look up the app on your settings and you’ll see what it has access to. Sparq has minimal privileges and if you’re feeling paranoid you can deny most of it by simply changing it.
UHG/Optum is not the all-seeing eye of Sauron sitting atop Mount Doom. They have a hard enough time implementing new software rollouts to your work computer do any of you truly think they could somehow bypass the security of your Apple or Android device when the freaking CIA and FBI can’t even break into a locked iPhone?
Be realistic. Sparq is dumb not all knowing
