About putting in ur resignation/2 week notice. Do not do that it seems to be better to leave exactly on ur own terms. They have fired the individuals that i know before they officially signed and sent the official resignation.... Seems like they wanna ruin people even if they decide to leave uhg

There's been chatter about an Irish Director that thought people should give 6 months notice...
In CA that practice is not legal. If reported to the labor board, which is easy, it’s up to the company to prove they didn’t fire someone that gave notice or that they paid 2 weeks in lieu of having the employee work plus paid all accrued PTO. No lawyer required.
