We truly wanted to believe the mission and uphold the values of the company. But executives and leadership actions began to conflict with what we were sold, the trickle down effect of that is what we are living now. All trust is gone. Trust is key and very difficult to earn back. Our competitors are banking on that and using poor employee treatment by UHG and Optum as a hiring tactic.
