Former Sales Manager who left the company nearly two years ago, does anyone know how to access the 401k?

Please follow up on this. Ask for help from HR to give you access to your 401k. Don't know what you may have contributed but you need to pursue this. You may have free money for your future. Once you can access your account go to a local investment bank. I use TD Ameritrade. There's also eTrade, Schwab, Fidelity and so on. They are all good. Let them "roll" your 401k into an IRA. It's easy and they will help you do it. From there invest in a S&P 500 ETF like SPY. Add to it as you can. Small amounts count over long periods of time. Otherwise forget about it.

You will have to enter the INSITE portal as non employee and get then log in to Merrill to access. You may have to use the Merrill phone number to gain info for contact information.
