With the Smb team going to an all bucket commission structure do you guys think retail will ever do something like that? And if so would you like it?

Have heard retail is going back to anything counts as an add as well.
Heard one talk counts as a phone add
Only thing we heard is that SMB salaries are going up, no more half overtime
SMB team will be slinging bucketz of t–dzz
