Thread regarding MetricStream, Inc layoffs

This company was running great when they had 200 employees. 2-3 HRs used to manage total recruiting and other HR services. Now it became one recruiter per manager (not per department). Like this they recruited wastage too much, higher management changed the system to the level that it became 5 managers/directors per project (yes you heard correct, you will see more managers than resource in the project). Until you change system back to 200-300 this company never change into profitable. Learn one simple logic, with less people you can do more. And this time send only worthless people.
