Yes, the best is yet to come, lay-off are a great morale builder for us! as an exec I have a great golden parachute, have minions directors drafting great lists, and get to have Resideo go around and around, while employees get lay-off because... I simply did not like their haircut on Friday ... (Trick I learned from my guru back in the country)
And soon I am replacing a bunch of you with great people from Bangalore -again. 4 for the price of one US!l
@OP - I assume that you are in a position where you are jockeying for a bonus or great severance package, which means that you are a big part of the problem and not in a position to comment on this.
Yes, 18 lawsuits, no products, dropping sales, stock price still plummeting, mass exodus of people leaving that can and more layoffs and demotions not to mention very low merit increases are truly an indication of a company ready to rebound.
