Management can’t even decide who should work from home or what jobs are essential.
Main concern not employees health but quarter end results ...
All the blather about being Rated as one of the Best companies to work for has gone down the drain. Xerox has been exposed as
totally inept when dealing with social issues
pertaining to their workforce..Employees making their own decision as to work from home as Xerox gives mixed messages as to
Paid sick time, vacation time , health benefits,
possible layoffs , severance pay and unemployment benefits and pension holdings .
When you are asked / told to train your replacements by your numnuts management it sure doesn’t help...especially when done under the guise of Teamwork or being a good team player...”Rah rah for HCL..”
Xerox is very , very good at k–ling morale.

They are good at down grading their employees and their assigned jobs.
No, Xerox can't do anything right.
Very good at getting Wall Street to not look into outrageous turnaround claims. And keeping remaining employees believing the stories such as “tech powerhouse”. Even after actually advertising for and hiring a “Chief Storyteller”!
