Macy’s the company where they give you 300 hours of workload with a budget of 100 hours and expect it done and done at 110%. When it doesn’t get done it’s because your not having effective planning meetings, or buying into the total store team concept and sharing resources. Regionals, DVP’s sending emails wanting more action plans to achieve the unattainable. So yeah I’m practicing my magic skills and almost got the rabbit out of my a$$ truck mastered!
