There are, I would assume, about 33.3% of the employees who appear to be frantically preparing for WWIII. So why are the other 66.6% of employees basically bored to tears with no work? And why doesn't management address this? Seems like a fundamental function of what management is supposed to do (you know? develop and train your employees..). It's almost inexcusable...yet seems to be rewarded.
There definately needs to be more media coverage of this company and how incapable its leadership is.
