I have been in many meeting where we discuss how to respond to the leakage of information -which prevent the surprise effect and augments the heat on many directors and Sr directors... who like to have other showcase their incompetence? Nobody...
What we have settled on is to flood this website with BS info about layoffs so employees can’t get any info... this is why also people get lay-off and nobody knows...

The fact that HR and a few director spend so much time trying to sink posts with info tells it all. But unlike the Russian trolls... we can recognize who is behind it and their location... computers in Austin and Melville

Pay no attention to the co-workers who just disappeared or those that posted on this board they were laid off and certainly pay not attention to the dozens news links like the one below outlining many MANY class action lawsuits for securities fraud.

Why would they be concerned about what a small handful of disgruntled employees are posting on a website created for disgruntled employees to anonymously post their frustrations?
Well don’t hesitate to share info about how the leaders/ directors/ VPs are doing mo-ronic things... so they can be held accountable while everyone else looses their job.

99% of the directors are protected including the useless ones ... so we’re screwed
Remember right after the spin, there was nothing on this site about Resideo because most people felt really good about the company and being out from under Honeywell. The honeymoon is over and people are now wishing for the old days. At least HW is a stable company with good leadership (whether you like them or not is another story) and in a good position to withstand touch economic times. No wonder they didn't want to be in this business.
