I been here for 14 years start as a pumper move up as a maintenance got some really good friends up in management and they told me the this is going to get really ugly they have a bid to have a contract company to do there pumpers job so they are getting rid off pumpers and also my self really soon I didn’t get it why would they hire contract if they just let all go I’m confused
