I noticed that some comments get deleted and others get to stay , looks like whoever manages this webpage gets triggered by freedom of speech! Or could it be that this page is manage by up? All comments matter!

I think it is moderated more heavily because it is heavily used. Look at some of the other companies pages on here and they might have one post every three months. This one belongs to the worst company in America though so it gets more foot traffic. They aren’t in cahoots with UP, but you can bet your rear end they have a ton of people from Omaha reporting posts on here 24/7 and crying. That’s a fact.
The truth is that TheLayoff is very aggressive about moderating this board in particular because of the large amount of low-quality, low-information postings. It's not any kind of conspiracy or backroom deal with UP.
Yes I too am miffed by the fact that some comments just disappear. I have responded to comments with good faith that a plausible gentlemen and ladies debate could take place, only to look like the aggressor when anthers comments disappear. This forum is one of the only ways we can all come together and find truth.
I have seen some posts that are not inappropriate at all just up and disappear.
Some of the ones that appear to contain relevant insight more often than not...just go poof.

Scroll down and look at this website’s rules. If something that didn’t violate those standards was removed, be more specific about what triggered you.
