JPMorgan Chase has begun the lay-off process for their seasoned recruiters in the USA. Replacing their staff with call center representatives (no human resource experience required) . They are changing their strategy in the direction of HIGH VOLUME RECRUITING. Personal observation: concern for a lack of employment law experience here. Word is they are not providing severance pay for their HR members and have not made good on vacation time earned by those seasoned and "so-called" valuable employees. Basically, they are demonstrating how valuable their human resource people really are. According to my source, some of these HR specialists have given a huge chunk of their careers to this organization. WOW! WHAT IS GOING ON WITH CHASE?!
