And down she goes!
@4xcm Since the EIPP was voluntary, only if you meet the criteria for retirement.
Just to clarify if you were part of the EIPP from 12/19 Do you still receive the 2nd half of the special reward stock bonus yes or no?
Don’t bet on anything they tell you. They’ve ways stringing things out so you don’t meet the deadlines so you will not get the money your promised.
Section 6(c) of the Special Award notice talks about terminations for Death, Retirement, Involuntary separation. You only lose it if you voluntarily terminate prior to the vesting date.
In the Shares Agreement document you got when they were granted. You can still get to it on AY somewhere under total rewards
Where is this information about retirees available?
Anyone who retires, took the VSP or is RIFd will still be paid the second half. In fact if you were retirement eligible when it was granted you've already paid all the SS/Medicare tax on the entire grant because the grant is considered non-forfeitable. Go back and read your rules again.
I don’t think VSP people will get it. The rules say if you’re off payroll before 1/31/20 you don’t get it.
@1jwq WRONG. VSP people get award as well as prorated profit sharing for 2019 , if they worked in 2019, VSP, the gift that keeps giving !!
If you’re not on payroll 1/31/2020 you do not get the money
It’s about $500 shy of a week’s pay for me, and I’ll gladly take it.
Great news that those who took the eisp in December will still get this award.
This will be life changing. Hoping to use for deposit on apartment and stop sleeping in cat
