Class action settlement has been revised. Instead of paying out $35 million MAXIMUM, now its $30 million minimum with NO CAP. There are over a million of these vehicles owned. Ford was Court-ordered to pay one owner $23,000 to buy the car back. Do the math, even Ford’s lawyer said the cost could be $4 BILLiON. That’s a lot of profit sharing. Plus, I’ve purchased my last Ford due their dishonesty in this consumer safety issue. Their actions have driven away many car buyers.
