So I read in an online article. Looks like SS&C health may shrink fast for Humana is a large part of their work volume. Why use us as a PBM if they own one and their contract ends June 2020?

Feel sorry for the workers at Captricity....SSNC gets to ruin another good company. When will the banks learn to not loan to this place.
SS&C acquires Captricity
Who cares about Humana bought a new company we did. Special thanks goes to those laid off. Your head in this headcount reduction truly made this possible. Don't worry about being overworked. Once we get some u.s government stimulus money we can layoff more us employees to offshore. Silly americans giving your taxpayer money to companies who hate hiring americans.
I wouldn't blame Humana one bit if they left after this contract is up. Ssnc treats clients like dirt! The pharmacy system was falling all over itself daily to a point Humana was forcing daily calls to get status and then only got half-truth on how bad it really was. Now they expect this to improve with the skeleton crew they have left? Lol!
Humana renewed their contract for another 41 or 42 months probably so they could have time to transition to the new PBM it’s funny how work refuses to tell us about this when all we need to do is Google it and it’s in the news that Humana purchase the PBM

If Humana can term, term they will. Customers can feel the disorganization and lack of stability at Ss&c Health. Customers know reduced support staff is on the horizon at Ss&c Health which directly lowers the quality of service provided to them. Customers have been vocal about this for months. The only thing keeping them is waiting for the expiration date on contract.
In the earnings call they talked about new agreements with Humana so maybe the new PBM won't be a problem.
