Every building with a Honeywell sign out front is for sale. Leadership just wants cash. And doesn't want to have to work for it. Remember we are a software company and future-shapers and developing ingenious new apps that will be royalty machines. (And leadership will take the profits and future-shapers will have to get new jobs at another company if they want a raise.)

Check list for detecting likely site closure.
1) Honeywell sign visible from road.
2) Mixed design and manufacturing site with US engineering team.
3) Non Union.
4) Manufacturing of Hardware. ( 50% of location WILL close)
5) Close to other, larger facilities regardless of infrastructure. ( Downtown software center)
6) No recent visits by Honeywell ALT.

By my count this would be a close call.
Seems likely they will close one of Ottawa or Norcross.
Ottawa labor laws are not favorable.
Norcross site is smaller (?),

By my count

Some sites are at greater risk. As an employee we are all at risk and must be ready for anything. If you can't leave now, save your money!
