When I was a band 5, VP title, about 15 years on the job, I was making 75K or thereabouts, was laid off in 2017

You will not see a salary increase for getting a new title. A title comes with no monetary compensation. For example, a Band 5 AVP is not making more money than a Band 5 Officer just because of the title. In fact, there are probably thousands of Band 5 employees without titles making more money than Band 5s with titles.

Job title has nothing to do with salary. Your job band and job description are what matters

It used to run from around $80-110k, but that was several years ago. Doubtful that they changed it

Officer, AVP, VP, etc. Bank titles have zero to do with salary range on Corp side. Job band is what impacts salary range.
