C shift elite repair was hit yesterday. The entire shift was laid off
CLEC side has been gutted the last few years. No engineers, no business techs, no net techs, repair sent overseas, NOCs outsourced. Its no wonder customers are down for days or even weeks sometimes. A customer can sign on thru a channel partner, PM overseas, field tech outsourced for install/repair, cust sevice and repair overseas.....its becoming a shell company, a customer can sign on with windstream and never see or speak to an actual windstream employee.
Thats it. I am taking my stapler home tonight.

Clec field ops got hit again.
Ahh nothing like covering bigger and bigger areas with little to no help. So much for response times.
But it must be good to be TT and crew getting to split 19+ million bonus.

What groups were impacted? I know several layoffs in roch
