I have no respect for a supervisor that has never done my job and tries to tell me how to do my job! If a supervisor can't sit at their employees desk and do the job better than the employee, then they are useless. The saying goes, "you dont just get respect, you EARN it " uhc doesn't deserve my respect and neither does most of their management. I had a Director personally tell me that they didnt think it was "necessary"that my supervisor or manager know how to do my job! This is just a small example of the rampant stupidity that permeates uhc upper management
The best managers and directors I've worked with didn't have a degree, they worked their way up into their positions. They understood the job and could do it themselves if they had to. Shame most of them have been laid off. I hope some of them, especially the BPQM and reporting casualties, got jobs with competitors.
Well, I know for a fact that one Director have degree that has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with health care
The problem isn't with how to apply, it's literally 4 mouse clicks to apply to a job. They should be asking instead why Talent Acquisition can't get their sh– together to :

Stop pulling and then reposting duplicate requisitions
That whole area needs an overhaul. Rinse and repeat.
The requirements for some requisitions are delusional i.e. asking for a requirement for a Masters degree for a GL 26. They don't even care if the degree is relevant to the job. You can have a masters in childcare for a Data Analyst role, LOL.
Just listened to a Director tells us that they roll out software without testing it first because "they have to" so there ya go.....
