Joe told his CBS staff no layoffs. 4 months later he voted with the CBS board to shut down CBS Films and let go of 40 people. Glad he's out.

He was already getting the 100 mil, FYI. NOT severance! Just give money away. To individuals. Aquire good content someone else made, take credit for it. Keep it coming people. What else?
