My store manager has been saying the PSE all getting let go for months now. Its cruel to keep telling them work work work but we don't have to get leads anymore? Did they get moved like the nursery guys?

PSI was disaster. A customer near me created a web site that detailed his 3 year journey to have Lowe’s install his kitchen correctly.
Last I heard Lowe’s paid someone else to tear it all out and install things correctly.
Depot still does have a version of PSE and our providers couldn't sale there way out of a wet paper sack.
Soon. Online leads are going to IMS starting next week. Simplified window pricing goes live q2, which will eliminate the need for PSE. Depot does not have a PSE because windows are quoted by their providers. Soon Lowes will too. End of q2.

A million here at Lowe’s makes you a hero. A million in a real company makes you a burden to others. A million in other companies makes you an opportunity cost.
I makes money for Lowe’s now, but be sure that copulating goons have eye on how to boost profits by outsourcing the program.

I can tell you that the market I just left from the pse program is very profitable. 7 of the 13 stores in the market are over $1million in sales and every other store is over $700k
Dont see it going anywhere but maybe some pay changes
Every morning huddle the SM or ASM running it is telling folks we need to get leads.
