Culture everything and the culture left with Richard retiring.

Wow, Andy Cecere returned the NYT’s call once the article was published on Saturday evening?! That’s damage control, not doing the right thing. We have been reading about this for weeks in Oregon. He must have been too busy plotting the next round of layoffs and increasing sales goals for the underpaid front line staff. ‘Employee’s first’ slogans are embarrassingly phony at this org.

And ‘customer obsessed’, right Tim?

Pocketing the tax savings windfall, stealth layoffs to avoid media coverage, increasing sales goals and claiming the incentive plan is underfunded. =not putting employees first either

We do the right thing my arse. Since Richard left everything went downhill. Time to go everybody. Rise up. Let’s do the right thing for us.
