25% per year based on a 4 year vesting schedule.
For 2020 Distribution dates (and up until 2023)...
6/27/2019 - 6/27/2020,
6/27/2018 - 6/27/2020
7/10/2017 - 7/10/2020
6/30/2016 - 6/30/2020
25-25-25-25% over 4 years.
Allotment is low or nil though, unless you’re in OCI.
