Only this company would spend time and $$$ to put someone in a so called leadership development program and then Rif them, while in the midst of the program or shortly after. And you wonder why expenses are always high lol

I had a coworker that was one of my Manager's favorite, still is. Went into the fast track mentoring group and decided after all the training and expense not to proceed with it. Lots of time and money wasted. Still though, she is one of the Manager's favorites and is compensated very well. What a waste of money. Another employee should have been given this opportunity.
