Does a final write up for performance expire in a year? (As a Sales Specialist?)

Yes, it does expire in one year.
If it’s a performance final you should of been placed on a performance improvement plan. Generally it would be a 30-90 day pip. After the rare successful completion it would stay on record but not be enforceable. Another final would need to be issued
