Any interest if we get the ball rolling on the possibility of forming a union ?

At least Unions made everyone stop and see what was going on. They were good when there were no labor laws.
Today our lawmakers sit within the breezes of where the money is, while watching companies take in talented individuals with skills who are later replaced by AI or have their job transferred out of the district/country and never get training for new skills. Oh, these companies have training classes, but the classes really don't carry any weight for the trainee unless they are given a certificate recognized in the industry that does not exist. The training is usually good only in the company they work in.
The US needs to make re-training affordable and part of the separation plans when staff is let go when jobs are cut because of AI advancement or job offshoring.
Good way to 100% ensure you get laid off.
I think Unions are a great idea. Since Unions have gone people get paid less and the CEO and big bosses keep the money for themselves. We have no rights, no pay raise a nothing and no one to fight for us
Unions are under-rated. Join one if you can.
Unions are over-rated. Steer Clear.
