Just wondering if anyone has gotten their bonus or raise info yet and if so how does it compare to last years.

Verizon is a good company for what it is. With only 1 and 1/2 year of work experience I was able to get into Verizon and go from $14 an hour to $25 an hour in a few short years. I don't have great Hope's with the new CEO and his history of outsourcing but I will atleast milk the $8k a year for schooling while it lasts
STI is 110%
I love that you get negged just for asking a question. It’s logical to assume that these boards are a good place to pose your question being that it’s VZW employees but since your question isn’t gloom and doom and supporting the “we’re all screwed go union” narrative, you get negged.
You probably know by now that Hans sent out the email confirming it’s 110% for STI. Year end should be next week sometime. Man it’s great to be non union and to work for such an amazing company.
HR has taken over raises and sti payment. it makes it more fair
