Thread regarding Union Pacific Corp. layoffs

NLR has snitches??

Rumor has come down that the guys pulled from service was a direct connection with the couple of jock straps running up stairs to the director whining.. The entire shop is leaning toward 3 individuals responsible for this!!

Let’s gets some things straight.
1 of the guys had been out for awhile he claimed a injury. So dont know how someone got him pulled out.
1 guy went out on medical wasn’t pulled from service.
1 guy was pulled out by management.

There where no holes being poked in radiators.
So don’t know how anyone on the floor could get anyone pulled out. The decisions are made solely by management.
This place is like working with a bunch of kids. People lie about stuff all the time just to see who gets stirred up.
The company is not helping at all with all the c-ap they are doing. Constant job changes talks of furloughs every week. Don’t ever remember things being this bad before. People are looking to blame who ever they can for whatever they can. Crafts are against crafts. Crafts against management. Management against crafts. It’s tough everyday to go in and just work. From lack of parts, tools, and a general overall plan that changes daily it’s tough.
Hopefully they meet whatever number they are trying to get and things go back to normal around nlr.

Progressive rail wants nothing to do with nlr that has already been established, Union Pacific has been investing and adding more rails to our yard making it larger, our hump out preforms any hunp yard on the system. The ramp and service track put out work and get it done without fudging numbers like North Platte does. We just need to get the old heads at JENKS to do their work and quit whining. Guarantee ya if Jenks would man up and work then UP would add more work and jobs to that place. Managment at jenks needs to start growing some balls if the guys don't want to work then pull them out of service I promise you their is others done the line that will work and get it done

You mistyped, if that is true, they were poking holes in radiator. The headline should read, NLR has id–t's. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

If this is true that’s just great let’s draw more attention to the NLR shops it’s not bad enough that they’ve been on the radar for injuries now something as stupid as this here comes more heat

Who got pulled out and why?

Wow... so now we have made it to the point where we blame our own brothers for managements decisions. These cat’s down south must have some real pull. Machinist here can’t even get the proper tools to work with, much less have someone pulled from service.

Guess the truth will come out in the morning, since no one knows what craft or what for. Seems as if MagPie likes to stir the pot.

I think snitching plays a major role in almost all removal of services
