I heard from a good source that Sr. Directors and VPs will still get IC bonuses this spring while everyone else gets nothing. So disappointing.

Sounds like a kid that didn't get a toy they wanted and someone else did. Boohoo.
It doesn't take much to be a supervisor at this company. It just matters who you know and who you. Most of the leads do their work. We see most of them on their FB or chatting with other supes. If you do have a question, none of them know the answer. There might be a few exceptions, but this is pretty much the norm. I doubt that any of them "worked hard". Lol. Hardly worked is more like it.
Who cares. I am just here to build my resume and leave asap. Their loss. I am using them so I have a great resume then leave them hanging. Thanks for the incredible knowledge I take elsewhere.
So many whiny people on this site. For God's sake, it's corporate America. Get another job if you hate it so much. It's that simple. What's holding you back? If you're so "good" you should have no problem finding another one.
A supervisor couldn't do your job? Are you on the phones? A lot of people in leadership DID your job, did it well, didn't complain, worked hard... and that's why they were PROMOTED.
Outside of that, most supervisors take triple escalated calls for hours a week. If you can't take a front line call, you'd hate the triple escalated line.
There isn't ONE, NOT ONE, SD or VP who could do my job for 15 minutes, let alone eight hours a day. Even the supervisors couldn't do my job for eight hours a day. But what thanks do we get? Nothing. Absolutely effing nothing. Don't pee down my back and tell me it's raining. I'm not that stupid, and most of us aren't.

Does anyone know if associates will be getting our annual merit increase this year?

Technically it’s a different company plan than IC. That’s how they get away with it. IC was cancelled, but executive compensation is probably not part of that plan.
But of course they will. While we take constant abuse from the customers (I've been called some of the nastiness names I've ever heard, some of which were new to even me) because the IVR s—s, or it s5ends the call to the floor in the middle of a pbp to try to collect the fee or upsell. Or because of the late fee that was charged for being 5 minutes late. So instead of using that money to make improvements, sure, line those fat asses pockets. And stop trying to tell me there have been vcars updates... where? In india and mexico? Sure hasn't been onshore.
