COLA is not a raise. Please understand that. Don’t be brainwashed american.
Grade 29: 2.2% Raise and 15% bonus
Grade 29.. 4 rating .. My merit sheet showed a different rating of a 3 .. told it was basically a typo which I do not believe. I feel they based everything off a 3 not my true 4 rating. so I got a 1% merit and 7% RRP. Exceeded metrics and helped save a contract. Vital signs and NPS all improved exceeding benchmarks. ImI truly feel for everyone and their family affected by downsizing. It’s horrible for those left as well. Unfortunately it appears it’s who you know that gets you the prize not your efforts or actual metics.. Very sad and extremely unmotivating. I’m looking elsewhere for a job . This toxic environment isn’t with it. I’m done.
The correct question in (American english) : Did you get a demotion and salary cut??
Many us employees had Corporate Stockholm syndrome. You are not family, the job is not your family, friends, or other american propaganda.
I've had a 4-rating for 5 years. Received a 3 recently, 0% bonus.
Good luck to the people still working at Optum.
Last year was 12% bonus and 3% raise. This year....crickets and no word other than my director giving me side comments that seem to intend to prepare me for the worst. I expect absolutely NOTHING. I don't want a raise, just a nice bonus so I can leave soon and have something to take with me.
1-2.5% is not a raise. Repeat it is NOT a raise. It's simply COLA–cost of living adjustment. Stop being brain washed American employee lackees
Grade 28. High 4. 2% raise + 9% bonus.
Got 1.5%, great reviews, but need to have more fun at work. Maybe do a cha cha line or the hustle? man o man.
Can’t believe it. Got 1% and thank you for your contributions to the team.
These last 2 years the increase has been terrible. Under 2% thats not even keeping up with inflation.
- No raise no bonus after being told how great I am and how everyone raves about working with me... what kind of bull is that?
Post ID: @fzt+13sSU2Gi
What kind of horrible statement is THAT? Bragging and discussing this in a community forum. Unprofessional and don't deserve anything throwing it in the face of your peers who get nothing, or worse, lose their jobs!
Shame on anyone complaining about raise/bonus. People are losing jobs. You STILL have one and my guess is you are receiving a decent salary WELL above what half of America has to sustain themselves. Entitled, disrespectful, sorry you can't get a fancy piece of jewelry or take a trip with pennies- which are a PRIVILEGE to even be considered for!
Bonus was c-ap. Raise....definitely wouldn’t use that word
My director, sick b–tard that he is sat me down for a review and handed me an invoice. He said I need to play United and it's a reverse bonus. Then he laughed and threw down my 3 percent raise and 12.5 percent bonus. I'm a 29 too. He had me going.
Got 1.2% additional to salary and no bonus
Eat 27 and up I hate myself
Last year I got a 1% raise and $250 bonus!! Hahahaha hahahaha 😂😂😂😂😂
A 2% "raise" is not a raise. It does not even keep up with COLA. (cost of living adjustment)/inflation which is @3%. What is the deal w/ the inability to understand this fact. Are the employees that brain washed?
29 here, 12% bonus, 2% raise.
NO bonus, NO raise. Time to start coming up with an exit strategy. I don't even want to try to wait for a March layoff.
That is not even cost of living. Cost of living would be at least 3%.

why are the debt and wage slaves saying that a "raise" is 1-2%? That is NOT a raise–that's cost of living adjusted due to inflation. They are NOT giving you a raise. What is with this corporate Stockholm syndrone in the us empire?
No bonus, no raise. If you got something, be happy
Reviews are supposed to be completed by 2/19 I believe and any RRP will be paid out on 2/21. I’m leading reviews this week.
Correction a 27
I have not heard yet, but did give my reports their Confirmation Statements late last week. We were told all bonuses had to hold back 8% of our total pool. Thus was only able to give 2% raise and 4% bonus to a 28
over 15% bonus, <1.5% raise
what the hell are you complaining about? 9% of a 29's salary is great
I am a 29. Bonus is less than 6% of my salary, and raise is smallest ever. I feel lucky I received anything at all.
I am a 29. No bonus no raise but by golly i delivered on time and on budget all my projects. I am part of the layoffs i think coming in march
My team was told our performance reviews are delayed indefinitely...anyone else?
My Optum bonus was a little bit less than last years. The merit raise was 1.26% which is less than last year as well. With my divisions 2.5 billion in profit, 11% year over year growth and a 25% margin I was hoping at least the raise would match the cost of living. Shame on me I guess.
HUGE disappointment! I'm a 29 and it was about 9% of my salary
