Any one have any actual idea what other changes are coming to the retail channel. Please real info no fake news! I heard Great Lakes are getting hit with some big changes.

Coaching changes coming less pay as well. Voice in king par-time positions are king no more full time positions in till each stores has at least 2 part time positions. Texas and down south will have some changes. Closing call center and hiring outside the company at home unprofessionals that are only going to make retail reps jobs harder now that they are hiring who ever no more d–g test. Business store reps are going to be under a lot of pressure that will transfer to retail sales reps to do business call customer service and soon helping telesales calls in store. Directors getting richer bams gms dms getting money reps getting nothing but more stress and horrible expectations will see how long this will last before they change things again

Harder to get info these days since most are worried about losing their job and don't want their name attached to rumors.
In the Great Lakes here no big changes other than the leaderboard and coaching changes. The Hilliard Call center got hit last week as did a few stores are closing by the end of the month. The store closings are scattered around the country. People have been saying that SM’s will be laid off but I haven’t heard anything to that yet. If anymore lay offs are to happen soon it will be in March with the first Thursday of the month. Layoffs at Verizon always happen on the Thursday of a pay week and then the people affected are on the payroll until the end of the month. Historically they have occurred at the beginning of a month. So for now relax a little bit and we will see what happens in a few weeks.
