I don't know what's going on with the payroll department but they have no idea what they are doing anymore! I've heard a lot of people are waiting for their W2s still or that they were informed their W2 was wrong and to wait for another one. I've had nothing but payroll and income tax issues since I started. Get your sh#t right Xerox!

Check your pay carefully. If you see an error, contact AskHR where you will discover what an outsourced service looks like. Eventually, after days of trying.
There isn't much of a payroll department left. Lots have quit and not one of them has been replaced. Company is going to fall in on itself soon.
In Canada, if you signed up for electronic - Epost where pay stubs, T4 etc were posted, you still have access as the Epost is your personal account.
I'm no longer a Xerox employee and my T4 was posted last week. My pay stubs are all there still too.
anyone not laid off yet, save and/or print any and all payroll statements from Xerox and HCL. At least that'll give you info to use as of whatever date. This is important since i've seen a post recently that you have no access at some point after you're gone. Cover your axx folks!
