Call me Boomer, I don't care. I don't use mobile because of hacking. I have a secure home computer with firewalls. My husband designs and builds computers for a living. I want to see a person when I deposit a check, not depend on a scanner or picture of it reaching the correct ISP. I will be considering Chang my banks. These bankers want to get rid of customer service, I'll help them get rid of a customer.

Your post has nothing to do with the purpose of this forum. DIgital banking is here to stay. I bank with another institution, primarily because I will never give my business to US Bank in any situation. However, you have to understand that you can safely deposit a check. Under your criteria and mentality, you probably should stop using your telephone and watch Netflix because you can be hacked. You should go spend time with Robert DeNiro in person instead of watching The Irishman.
