Merits haven’t been taking effect the last couple years until 7/1. If you’re getting anything above 3% why are you complaining? My team hasn’t even seen that. I’ve been there 14 yrs and don’t recall seeing much more than that either

Wondering why I've been told for past 6 years that the bonus is always 2% and below for the entire team. Not sure if it's just a lie after reading these comments?!

Bonuses should be coming in today if you're going to get them. I got a BE rating at the end of last year, no bonus.

I was rated BE for the first time in my life. I got notification to check my reward. I logged in, no bonus, no merit. Nadda. Zip. Zilch. Job search is on. Good luck everyone.

  1. 4% raise, 10% bonus, grade is a K. Last year I was a J and I got 2.9% raise and 15% bonus, so this was a bad year for me.

I’ve been BE 2x, and got my ‘normal’ raise and bonus both times. Just f-ing fire me already. They really need to fire people in management...being in meetings is not a productive job..

Did anyone with a BE rating got a bonus? Anyway the raise will have no means if bEs are going to be laid off in the coming round of layoffs and the raise is not effective till July anyways -

3% raises? When? I should have worked in your department. During my interview, 6 years ago, I was told raises are anywhere from 0%-4%, depending on how you score on your review. Prior to the forced ratings I was always EE, but my raises were only 1.75%. This year for the first time, my ranking was BE. However, my raise as told to me today is............wait for it, 1.50%. Hmmmmm....this all sounds like it's arbitrarily done. No rhyme, nor reason.

We gave a mother in my department her full bonus based on salary (not less maternity leave earnings)

My department head was told by HR to not do the latter.

It is definitely legal and actually makes sense as a bonus is based on performance and you can’t by definition perform if you’re out on maternity, paternity, disability or FMLA. It actually sounds like they made an effort to do the best that they could in a year when the pool was cut.

I was out on maternity leave in 2019 in complete compliance of bank policy. They gave me a 10% bonus but did not include my wages for when I was on paid leave. Has anyone heard of anything similar? Is this common (legal)?

Sc__wed out of one although I left and came back in less than 6 weeks. Told I would still be eligible, got nothing, although others joining midyear got something.

Way to get bigger raise is to quit job and find new one, your raise will be not less than 15%.

Has the bonus/raise been communicated to the people receiving them yet?

Bonuses are 8 to 10 percent less than last year, at least based on my small team I manage. Raises are 1.5 to 2 percent of the base pay. That is for grades J and K in technology.

So have you people actually been told what your bonus is? Have you had your compensation discussion with your manager? I haven't heard anything yet...

For the person that asked. The bonuses are down 10% this year.

Sorry about that all. The first comment should read 4.75% of base and definitely not 75%.

  1. 5% of base. Grade K. Achieved. Not sure what's the bigger joke the pathetic raise or the garbage forced rank.
