In my area 2 Retail SMB reps quit a while ago and Verizon is not going to fill the positions. The SMB manager said that no SMB spots in the East are going to be filled going forward. They were expecting possible layoffs for this position.

SMB specialists just add the lines consumers want onto a business account after a transfer of service to inflate numbers.
Retail SMB reps are the only positive growth YOY the company has seen, the good ones move metrics significantly for stores and the bad ones don’t do anything at all. Pretty easy to tell which are worth their pay and which aren’t by pulling PEAK

Retail Smb is literally saving retails life. Retail-smb is the only group positive Yoy. Get rid of the useless reps and Soulutions managers

It has been in the talks for some time now. I don’t think they would do it because they simply “Love” their SMs. They’ll instead come after Solution Specialists who put in actual work though. That’s how it’s always been in this company. Sad but unfortunate truth. Good Luck Everyone!!
