New Florida structure and management cleaning house. New CEO and VP leading the layoffs. At least 10 employees laid off including some on medical leave and maternity leave. No value for dedicated employees unless you are their puppet. Secret promotions and raises for those puppets. Laid off some that were great employees and kept some that can’t even keep up with their workload. No real rhyme or reason behind anything, yet we are told during annual meetings that we exceeded expected sales! Go figure! Greedy and just looking to pile on the work and cut pay and employees.

Jobs going overseas. The Philippines, Ireland and India.
There is a ryhme and reason.....those high performers were probably getting paid more. Those are the people that are on the chopping block and how the money looks better when they aren't paying those high performers. It's only a matter of time until any job that can be done overseas is moved overseas.
