Oh how I wish for a one question pole of active and recently retired or SRD'd employees. Dump the pulse feel good questions completely and ask, "on a scale of 1-10 (10 being best) please rate the performance and competence of CEO Jim Hackact over the last two years."

Bf is working on the next sustainable garden rooftop for the retrofitted rotunda center.
A friend is a booster at U of M and he said that they were all dancing in the streets when Hackett left as the Athletic Director. Evidently, he screwed that place up just as he has done at Ford. I wonder when Bill will see the light too.
Good call on the Hackett and Patricia analogy. Throw Harbaugh at UM in there too. Ironic that Hackett is the one that hired that loser.
Hackett bought himself some time by firing Hinrich, but I am willing to bet it wasnt more than 9 months. When the family starts to feel the pinch in their wallet is when the hammer drops. Bill doesnt want to drink Pabst any longer than he has to.
After the last couple of years, I’m still amazed that Hackett is still our CEO, just like Matt Patricia is still the coach of the Lions. Both losers, what’s joke.
@ypx Perfectly captured the mood i sense at Ford also. Work has gone from a job I enjoyed to complete dread as of 4 years ago. I don't know if its irreparable but the window is very short, like 6 months, to adjust. What bothers me the most is the CEO and top management (except Joe H) dont seem to care they have no credibility with the employees or any meaningful communication. Its like a dictatorship, all ambiguous commands and no leadership.
I love the auto business, I hate this current social experiment.
Internal and external comment boards show a disenfranchised organization. Because SRD pushed out competent leaders, and then there were those that "retired," even if JH left, there are not enough knowledgeable leaders left to reshape the company. The working level's morale is at an all time low and they are united in their distrust with the leadership ranks. Damage is irreparable. The company is being run no different than the Lions. Get new coaches, a new front office, when they can't make the right decisions, keep them around. Even if a new person replaced JH, would they be able to unite the troops and pull the company out of its downward spiral? They need someone who employees will immediately trust and rally around, and at this point, it means a respected former leader would need to come out of retirement. I don't think AM will consider the job this time around - the company is too broken.
1 for leadership. 10 for comedy.
Freep reporter PWH needs to do a story on where is BF in all of this.
1, only because -10 wasn’t a option.....
