Reading that lawsuit is quite sobering. If indeed that is all happening, protect yourself. "My boss told me to do it" won't keep you out of prison. If you are aware of any financial reporting fraud you should report it directly to the SEC. You may be eligible for a reward. The range for awards is between 10% and 30% of the money collected. Total awards of $300 million have been paid. Top awards of $50m. Be careful and don't participate in illegal activity.
