Sales people are paid quarterly sales incentives, all else are paid annual incentives, including associates. All employees (going forward) will be paid their 1/3 stock options annually.

Executive Director and above get both quarterly and annual. Some sales positions get quarterly in lieu of annual. Most management employees get annual. I don't think union positions get anything but I could be wrong.
I do not work for Verizon and I asked the question (I am the OP)...
So, if it's Quarterly and Annual - what groups / levels differ?

Depends who you are. Quarterly for me. Annual for others.
