Can I get laid off? Please?
I'm really getting tired of having to pretend even the rudest and verbally abusive customers are right when they obviously are not! And I am definitely over being lectured by my manager in front of said customers if I wasn't absolutely, one-hundred percent accommodating to their every whim.
I have friends working the same job as mine in other airlines and they are shocked when I tell them what I have to put up with.
Who came up with this "customer is always right" c-ap? I'd like to have him take over my job just for a day, then let's see if that motto sticks.
