Bonus? Are they talking about RSUs? I've worked here 15 yrs in HQ software dev, and haven't ever got a bonus, though I've got a pitiful bunch of RSUs 3 times, (that's 70 shares per year for 4 years, about $3.5k per year worth of RSUs). Do people at Oracle get cash bonuses?

0 to 20 k maybe ? Depends on your role and manager. They allocate a set amount to each group. From there it gets allocated to each manager. The it's up to the manager. I know mines use to split that 20 k amongst all his direct reports. I know other managers give it to just one person or a couple favorites while the rest don't get any.

Marketing employees typically get no bonus, and not even so much as a cost-of-living raise. Your bonus is every day when your card key still gets you in the building.
