Anyone else wondering why they continue to have us work when everyone I know is home? Seem kind of selfish of our company to wait until half of us are sick before they close down.

L3H s—s, so many friends still there and hearing all their policies makes me so angry. Pls Find a better place to work where the company actually cares about its people!!!
If you blues were professional your UNIONS would have you working from home and robbing our company even more. But you not pros, hourly only!
What, "blue collars" are griping. So that union BS you been selling not going so well or what? Told you so! Go on home young man, go home!
It's important to understand that us blue collar workers are sacrificial pawns to the company.
White collar staff leadership, management and supervisors are allowed to stay home and work with the COVID19 issues in the workplace. We worker-bee's...not so; risking layoff or termination.
Business metrics and $$$ are more important than our blue collar service to the company.
We can be easily replaced.
Sick or Healthy, take advantage of the Overtime $$$ opportunities now in the COVID19 saturated workplace while the option is there !!!
Look at the bright side, U may need the extra cash to pay for your hospital bills or funeral service if you become sick/positive with COVID19.
Glad I work for a company that cares! We’ve been placed in mandatory telecommute for a week and a half now before even required! Do yourselves a favor and find a new job!!!
If you are that p-ss-d, quit, there are more open jobs than ever on the defense side. Trump is doing wonders. Do not continue with your attitudes when you can ditch the place. You have a choice now, keep waiting and they will make your choice for you. YOU know that is inevitable!!! Forget the union, they will only fauck you runnin!
I agree. company s—s now. its our legal right to unionize - suprised someone hasn't got the Teamsters, UAW, or IBEW in to discuss represntation. I really am - its the only leverage a regular employee has
L-3 Harris doesn't really give a sh– about there employees its all about the numbers there , you can be half dead and as long as you can move your good to go ,yeah if it wasn't for production people ,the company wouldn't have sh– , ive been thinking of joining a union , or starting a union im proud of what I do , but I feel as though we deserve more respect a lot of people are trickling out getting new jobs Im starting to look myself ,I used to say it was a great company ,since the merger not anymore
If your sick and required to be at work with no social distancing, please cough on the management, executives and supervisors.
This will get their attention and hopefully change incompetent policies and inept decisions :)
Your health and safety is paramount over the fat wallets !!
Well we should all just refuse to work until this is over. I live with my mother and she is old so I am very concerned about her getting sick from me. If we stage a walk out and everyone participates, there is nothing they can do. We are the company not them.
I'm about to just quit and start taking online classes. This company is a joke. Through and through. Just remember, not everyone can work from home. Most of us need to be here to do our job.
Seriously, how many disappointments for L3 do you need to make up your mind that the Company s—s. I left 3 months ago and my new company had the entire office working remote as soon as the virus hit the US. L3 s—s flat out. management is the worst. Get The F%ck out and and find a new company that treats their employees as assets instead of vessels for the shareholders money. I was a planner BTW. and I am much happier in my new job since I left that Sh&thole.
Feverish folks still coming to work. People coughing all over the place. And in our office space of 100+ cubicles, they're splitting us in 2 shifts. No reason we can't work from home other than managers just don't like it. So instead of letting us work from home and be productive for the company and the customer, we will all get sick and have to take vacation, sick, or fmla. Great plan. It's not the company or the upper level managment I see as the problem, they are all for working from home, it's the supervisors, mangers, and directors who have micromanagement and trust issues.
We have the option of working from home. We have access to our desktop from our home computer.
We have been given the option of coming to the office or working from home. I choose to come to the office right now because I am certain I will not be very productive at home. As time goes, that may change. Letter was sent from corporate this morning stating if at all possible the option should be available to all employees.
Because money is the bottom line. Yes here at L3Virus they wont close unless bodies are laying in the hallways. The we care about you is laughable. Exec's will be at home in their underwear while we are all coughing away. Enjoy your day!
Well at some point I will stay home anyway. By the way things look elsewhere it's only a matter of days before things start getting really bad.
Told working from home is not an option. 1 - how will they micromanage us? 2, - not enough laptops. Old school L3 management at its best.
Yes...you can work from home, but only if we had an extra laptop for us to allow you to do that. That's the story I hear.
I don’t know anyone else working from home amongst my network and friends. My division gives us the option. They’ll give you a laptop upon request to work remotely.
poor management, and poor employee communications..
Yes it is dumb
