I just heard that a RIF is planned because of Covid 19, and the bad start to the year. Can this business, owned by billionaires, really be that heartless? Firing people in the middle of a pandemic? Could this be right?

- k. rhetorical question about being heartless right? SP has proven that they are really wonderful people over the last few years right? Look at all the loyal workers they kicked to the curb, the discriminatory policies they embrace(get rid of the preggos) and their plan to extract every bit of value for themselves. To those delusional folks who sit there with Charlie Brown in the pumpkin patch waiting for an IPO, please get help before it is to late.
Sounds like something SP and SD would do - they have to reduce headcount to prepare the company for IPO later this year.
