I’m not sure if my annoyance will be reciprocated throughout the company But I am however fed up with the way the schedule works on daily update. I am a vacation representative and I am getting really tired or waiting until 6 or 7pm to figure if/when and where I might work. I realize there’s bigger problems right now, but I feel Nabisco makes some major changes after this all blows over.

It’s beyond pathetic!
They have let so many of the good employees go through cut backs over the years and have left all these young 20 something people to manage that have absolutely no idea what they are doing! Our RMS’ have no idea how to write a schedule or even how to use ideploy at all. They sit in their houses looking at this all day and we all wonder how they cannot get this right! At least when we had people in this role looking at the schedules everyday and they got paid to do this things were better! I had a 7-8 hour day compared to the 15-17 hour schedule I got sent to me for today! Get rid of the people that don’t know their jobs!
