They don’t even know what the unified 2020 plan is, it changes everyday more people are questioning what they are supposed to do. So yes complete and utter chaos is the unified plan and it won’t change anytime soon. Or at least until they’ve replace the upper echelon of the glass palace and start back promoting people that don’t have diplomas from diploma mills, bs classes taken in a hotel, and actually know that customers and employees are the ones that make the company money not the stockholders.
