Shingo failed SF Bank

Remember when Shingo Sheila and her sidekick Shingo Shirley were going to come in and make the bank more lean then put areas out of compliance? They kept saying “Trust the process.” That panned out well. Thanks for moving all of your employees to safe havens in other departments before you left everyone else behind.

“Shingo brought process improvement that allowed many more years of business” what a joke. Bunch of one way thinkers who would talk to your manager if you thought outside of the box. Hoping they don’t ruin the rest of the company.

Shingo brought process improvement that allowed many more years of business. Why fault leaders willing to look at external improvements and bring them inside. That leadership team allowed many families to prosper.

What happens when there's an outbreak at a call center? Then what? How's that consolidating working for SF then? Violated insurance 101 -don't put all eggs in one basket...duh.
